Latin Hot Party was conceived, since a beginning, as a multicultural event and as a frame to have a weekend covered with fun, liberty, music, culture and diversity. It was also conceived as a space and time where all the attendees can express at the maximum and keeping everything aboveboard, so they feel free and sincere with themselves… and we want that this prevail and live just like that, to its highest expression.

It is known that our country has been taken some contingency plans; all this due to the health alert caused by the swine flu virus but it is also known that this virus is totally under control and it is well above the media says, and without disqualifying the press, in the venue (Cancun, Q. Roo, Mexico) has not been reported any case of swine flu.

However, all these safety measures are carried out with the purpose of giving certainty and confidence, mainly when this issue is about our health. For this reason, in a social responsible act and just to be safe, we have taken the decision of changing the dates of this great event.

Latin Hot Party 2009 will take place with all its strength, spectacularity and enthusiasm in the middle of the month of September 2009.

Our biggest compromise is you and your fun. We are pretty sure that all of you will understand this decision that is mainly to give the necessary tranquility to enjoy this event without any worry.

All DJ’s, hotels, sponsors, production companies, national and international media, Travel Agencies around the world, service providers, foundations and all of those who are connected directly or indirectly with this event, have reaffirm its compromise and confidence towards LHP 2009. That is why all the agreements and contracts were reestablished supporting the new date, with the only objective of guaranteeing that the most exciting experience of your life can be safer than ever.

All of you who has already made a reservation or paid an LHP package for June will obtain higher benefits in the LHP package for September. However, it exist the disposition to refund your money if that is your decision.
